definitely dude, fuck this guy for enjoying moments in his life. he should defs go suck on a big dick. If I hated his happiness I would have said so. Fuck the MBA, but good on the dude for living his (likely) dream.
What does Basketball have to do with this?
Oh wow. That's Bradley Cooper.
No, it's Jesus Christ
the utensil mods
The conspiracy theories about this guy that have been circulating on the net are disgusting. I just googled his name and I got a whole bunch of gore pictures with captions like "omg leg prosthesis??" "nick vogt crisis actor???"

It's like every single tragedy that occurs in America (funny how all the conspiracies are always only in America, and no where else), there's always a conspiracy that gets started around them. From 9/11, Aurora Colorado, Sandy Hook, all the way to the Boston Bombing, there's always a bunch of moron "internet detectives" thinking they've uncovered some sort of super secret plan by the government or the Illuminanti reptilian shape-shifters or whatever bullshit they try to pin it on, it really pisses me off.
Video made me glad, this thread made me sad. All this MLB did it just for publicity shit is stupid. He clearly felt good, I felt good watching it, who cares what the angle is. Everyone has an angle, and a bunch of you have a shitty one...
Matters just about as much as that guy's day. Not much.
if you don't care as much as you say you do why are you still spewing your dumb opinions
if you don't care as much as you say you do why are you still spewing your dumb opinions
please quote where I said that
in the post i quoted. you said it doesn't matter much if the MLB did it for themselves or him but you keep talking about it anyway.
It being relevant or not has nothing to do with how much I care about it. But whatever, the thread doesn't need you and I to fill the pages.
While I completely agree, you are going to get bitched at for gore.
Point taken
why is there no person with a bat trying to hit it
snip, meant to edit
-snip- nevermind he fixed it
You're an idiot if you think the MLB really did this for him.
Here comes someone on cue to piss on the parade.
why is there no person with a bat trying to hit it
No one swings at the ceremonial first pitch.
Love how cowboy hat guy is there too
A local kid was standing near the finish line watching his mom finish the race. He needed a few surgeries to remove shrapnel from his legs, and while he was in the hospital a number of players from the Oakland A's visited him. You can say what you want about the motivations, but I think it's commendable that the players and teams are out doing something good for people. Obligatory video of the kid throwing out a first pitch.
At the time I saw his injury I was indifferent and untouched by seeing his injury. But now when I think about, I get all shaky and uncomfortable. I'm guessing the factor that i know he is alive makes me all quuesy...
