At large percentage of fish (from LA restaurants, but it's not unreasonable to assume the same thing happens everywhere) are mislabeled according to DNA tests from restaurants in LA. The truth is, Unless you kill and cook it yourself, we really have no idea what's in our food.

The only sushi I eat are the ones freshly made at those sushi shops that pretty much makes them on demand just for you or restaurants that does the same.
