but whyy family guy is so shit
Well so have been the simpsons for the past 5 years so yeah. [editline]27th July 2014[/editline]
If you don't like Lisa then you're not likely to be a nice person considering Lisa is a role-model to young girls everywhere.
So you're telling me The Simpsons is teaching young girls all over the world to be huge cunts to absolutely everyone else in the world
Why stop there? BRING ALL THE WORLD'S SHITTIEST ATTEMPTS AT ANIMATED SITCOMS! WE SHALL FORM AN UNHOLY MONSTROSITY, THAT WILL MAKE LOVECRAFT'S CORPSE SHUDDER IN THE VERY IDEA OF IT!!! Ok Fox, now you can officially go fuck yourselves.
Hey Bob's Burgers is an okay show like y'know how The Simpsons used to be years ago [editline]26th July 2014[/editline]
If you don't like Lisa then you're not likely to be a nice person considering Lisa is a role-model to young girls everywhere.
Like that one episode where Lisa made a friend and they were saying like "I feel like I can tell you anything" and the friend said "I eat meat" and Lisa walked away in the next shot without a word Teaching anti-acceptance.
So you're telling me The Simpsons is teaching young girls all over the world to be huge cunts to absolutely everyone else in the world
Please, there's a Lisa Simpson in every young girl. We've all been vegetarians struggling to be understood by our dumb but well-meaning fathers, we've all tried to play the saxophone and be cute while trying to live up to our role models like Hilary Rodham Clinton.
this will be like that lego episode boring as shit beside's being hyped to hell. and focus mostly on fucking lisa.

Well this will end badly
Jesus, Stewie's prank call was pretty bad. (TRIGGER WARNING it involves the [sp]rape[/sp] of your [sp]mother[/sp])
[t]http://img2.timeinc.net/ew/i/2014/07/26/SImpsons-Family-Guy.jpg[/t] Looks like the thumbnail to a bad gay fanfic
I dunno I thought the stuff shown here was pretty good http://insidetv.ew.com/2014/07/26/simpsons-family-guy-crossover-episode-video/
Scraping the end of the ideas barrel.
through the wood*
So we have two people in this thread who are talking about trigger words and associating eating meat with murder. Is this tumblr or what.
Gotta love how the prank phone calls Bart and Stewie make contrast each show's humor.
I imagine that they're going to use the following joke: Peter: This reminds me of the time [BLANK] *camera zooms out to Home/Marge or Lisa/Bart* *a moment of silence as they watch Peter* Marge: Homer, what is he doing? Homer: I don't know.

hey I thought the video clips of it were mostly pretty good

Homer: I don't know.
They sort of did, you can see in the video. Peter sets Homer up for a cutaway gag, but Homer doesn't understand it so Peter has to do it for him. [editline]27th July 2014[/editline] From what I seen in the video, the Simpson's characters for the most part are written like themselves and the family guy characters are written like themselves. It actually feels like a legit crossover.
deo, the Simpson's characters for the most part are written like themselves and the family guy characters are written like themselves. I'm curious to watch it to see if it really is as bad as it sounds but it's not available in canada
There were a few funny moments in the trailer but I can't imagine this'll be a very good episode. [editline]27th July 2014[/editline] Mainly because the disconnect between show content will likely produce an eventual out-of-character scene that spoils the experience.
Is there any alternative places to view the trailer? I really hate region-specific videos, it's a huge fuckin pain in the ass
Is there any alternative places to view the trailer? I really hate region-specific videos, it's a huge fuckin pain in the ass
Just use hola.org or some equivalent.
Lisa: I'M A BUDDIST! I LOVE TOFU! I LOOOOVE TO BE USELESS AND FOCUSED ON!
okay we get it you don't like lisa
okay we get it you don't like lisa
I hate her guts really. She's just so god damn annoying is all.
-snip-
Even though Family Guy has some weak episodes, I still love it as a whole.
http://insidetv.ew.com/2014/07/26/simpsons-family-guy-crossover-episode-video/ Oh here's a video.
This is exactly as horrible as I expected it to be.
All this really does for me is remind me how clever and funny the Simpsons still are compare to Family Guy.
I keep thinking they've hit rock bottom, but it just gets worse.
