These sales are all horrible compared tot he first day...

wtf...
What are you talking about? All the sales so far have been uninteresting.

The first day was alright for me; UT pack and the Deus Ex pack... and I bought the Penumbra pack as well.
A lot of these games for these past few days haven't really caught my interest, other than Operation Flashpoint.

Funny thing is that you can get the UT pack for 80% off at Gamersgate. The individual price and package price is also cheaper than the Steam price.
1% cheaper sale, and cheaper to buy normally too.
I'm kinda tempted to buy the UT pack, but I know I won't play them anyways. Deus Ex has a lot of fame, but I can't see myself playing that game either. I honestly doubt I'll buy any game that will be on sale.
Glad Dead Rising was on sale, was planning on getting it off Play.com anyway for christmas :D
BFBC2 was a good sale. Also Railworks.
Buying Blur for £9.99
BF2 seems worth buying, but i already have it on disk
My friend bought Borderlands 9 hours ago, then 5 hours later there was the sale for it. Smart one on his side.

It's always nice to be able to eat my own words.
The Flatout games and the Red Faction games seems worthy the price tag.
I've played some Flatout before, and yeah, it's fun, although best with friends, obviously.
And Red Faction is at least a game I've heard this and that about, and a quick glance at the videos makes the price tag seem OK.
I don't think I'll play these games very much at all, some maybe not at all knowing me, but for that price it's a "why the hell not" buy, it might surprise me, and if not I didn't really waste my money anyways.

Why are people such idiots? Buying shit that isn't on the DAILY sale. A sale that changes every day.
But it's a good thing for the developers though.
Oh damnit, a friend gifted me BF2 Complete Collection and we played it for a good 2 hours or so. Now I wish I had played it earlier when it finished updating, because I forgot how great fun it was, so I could gift others it.
Too late now. :frown:
I've spent about 11 hours in the first Titan Quest and by my guesstimation was about halfway through, make of that what you will.
[editline]20th December 2010[/editline]
Also, I forgot to mention that I enjoyed these 11 hours, it's better than Torchlight in my opinion.
I just finished Titan Quest, (but haven't started the extra act that Immortal Throne adds.)
It took me about 45 hours.
I was sad that I missed the sale of BFBC2 because I only remembered my dad saying he wanted to get the game the day after the sale ended. But now that steam brought the sale back again I got it for my dad!
Thanks Steam

Just found out he got a refund and bought the whole pack for a cheaper price

I've often heard that if you send in a steam ticket when you brought a game within 1 day of a deal and buying the game they can refund the difference. Can't say for sure if it will work though.

And might be too much effort for a couple of bucks.

Damn news having no edit.
Purchased the Doom complete pack for £4.99. Also got the Codemasters racing pack and the Indie Adventure pack.
Steam is raping my wallet D:
Got mirrors edge and saints row 2, but regret saints row, what a terrible port. Nothin' today catches my interest zo.
TIP:
Buy the Penumbra pack ($10.00) before you buy Amnesia.
Amnesia is $4.80 if you already own Penumbra.
And Penumbra are a great game series as well, totally worth it
I got L4D2 at 50% off, now it's back to 66%.... Still a good enough deal for me, though
The driving in the PC version of Saints Row 2 can be summed up with:

Gimme Fallout 3.
Yup, i don't have it yet.
Out of today's deals I recommend Mafia 2 and Company of Heroes. If you're gonna buy CoH get the gold pack, Tales of Valor is only worth it for the multiplayer units (single player is fun but short as hell.)
Also, if you don't own HL1 or HL2 they are both 3$ (USD)
Didn't buy anything this year since I'm a broke motherfucker
shit.. Do i really need mafia 2?
Wow, everything feels really expensive now.

Penumbra is the superior series anyway.
Also I completely agree with the above statement.
Nothing interesting this time, oh well.
