What losers...
Also did anyone else notice that Neytiri talked like the Heavy? YOU MAKE NOISE LIKE BABY
This is a bit excessive, however I know the feeling sort of. Many a time I have finished a book, video game or movie and felt really down that there isn't any more of it. Oh come on, was it really that good? I liked district 9 far more than Avatar, but that doesn't mean I want to live in a slum in south africa eating cat food does it?

certain people should not be allowed to see movies.
:O
I'd photoshop that so her skin was blue but I can't be assed.
They are more talking about the world Pandora rather than the movie itself, in which terms I can (nearly) understand those people.
District 9 took place in a South African slum where hideous aliens ate cat food. Avatar took place on a mineral-rich hostile jungle planet filled with large smurfs with ponytailia. I don't want to live in either of these places.
"fans"? Oh don't tell me there's a fan database allready. Avatar nerds, unite! derp derp deeeerp!
what does this post mean
Lurkers can get a tad aggressive in the spring.
Pandora exists, just not in this universe. :smug:
I can stand facepunch being held under siege by occasional waves of 4channers. But if the twitards or avatards decided to invade, we'd have to set off a tactical nuke or something to purge them.
I haven't seen it in the cinema yet. If I miss my chance, will I ever get to see it in 3D out of cinemas, or is the technology dependent on having a big fuckoff cinema complex?
I really like the movie and the universe that Cameron created but this is just over obsession. I mean really is it worth contemplating suicide in a not that bad world to hope to live on Pandora? I don't understand why someone would even consider that. I have to agree that Pandora does look amazing and I would be willing to try live on it but it probably wouldn't be like in the movie. Especially because Pandora is supposed to be really dangerous. Imagine Earth covered in only jungles and forests. No deserts, tundras, grasslands, plains, or anything else. It would suck not only because jungles and forests everywhere would get boring but also because it would be way more dangerous. I think Cameron should show the more dangerous natural side of Pandora in one of the sequels or at least have some Na'vi clans go to war because it can't be all peace. Many people probably have fallen off and died on the banshee quest up the floating mountains. All the predators also have probably ended many lives in bad ways. There also must have been some clan wars over territory or something I mean look at Native Americans and other tribes. Some are peace and others are war with many different beliefs. Speaking of sequels, I wonder what will happen when the sequels do come out...
I felt pretty sad watching Avatar too, there must be subliminal messages or something.
I forgive you this error because I know it is very uncommon in most movies of today, but the thing that makes you care about the characters and the story is called a plot, and is not subliminal in any way.
I certainly wanted to visit Pandora after the movie, but suicidal? What the fuck is this?
Pandora exists, just not in this universe. :smug:
Universe So no. Also, it could exist in the universe, how likely or unlikely that is is impossible to determine. Heey, look on the bright side! It'll be GREAT natural selection, and we won't have to do a thing!

I'd rather be part of the Avatar fandom then be a furry. Lol, bad spelling? Every word is grammatically correct. And the dumbs must be furries.
I had suicidal thoughts of shame when I realized I think Neytiri was hot.
Lankist: Internet Superhero.
S'it just me or has the definition of "furry" expanded from "anthropomorphic animals" to "anything humanoid that's not quite human"
S'it just me or has the definition of "furry" expanded from "anthropomorphic animals" to "anything humanoid that's not quite human"
If that's the case then William Shatner is the most successful furry of all time. [editline]07:45PM[/editline] He had sex with green chicks like every week.
S'it just me or has the definition of "furry" expanded from "anthropomorphic animals" to "anything humanoid that's not quite human"
Well, they look pretty much the same as furries except tall and blue -cat tails -cat ears -cat noses -cat eyes Come to think of it some furries are tall and blue anyway So while they're not technically anthropomorphic animals they look the same as furries (with some sparkledog tendencies thrown in for good measure)
I was a bit depressed, not because of Pandora being oh-so-pretty, or because of Neytiri. It's just that... FTL travel will probably be invented long after I die, or might never be possible. At all. :saddowns: I couldn't care any less about the delicious cat woman, I just wanted to see an alien world.

So we can go to another planet and then protect it from our unethics. Bitch don't ask why, we will be Gods. Don't need justifications for that shit. Dog we will breach God's perimeter and run the show.
