Also Russian isn't really a Western country, plus judges do err in law. Plus its a country that is incredibly corrupt, particularly in its legal system.

Unilateral mistake, particularly if the mistake came about through some amount of fraud. It's not really worth posting any proper authorities (i.e. common law) since this discussion isn't very advanced, plus for what country?

You claim it won't work in any western country, on no authority, which is simply ridiculous.
Because what is the point? I could post an Australian case, and then you would say the exact same thing. "You claim it won't work in any Western country, but can only prove it for Australia". To be fair, most of Europe operates differently to the UK, US etc, so anything I could post would be completely irrelevant - albeit, the principals are mostly the same, just codified.
