Molecules didn't, energy did, then formed into hydrogen gas clouds which formed into stars when there was enough mass, which by process of fusion produced heavier elements. These elements then would react to form molecules. You don't know what the fuck you're talking about.

When this expanded, all the energy was released out in what we now call the Big Bang. You can easily look more into this using the fucking internet.

Study carefully the way Newton's theory gave rise to the Big Bang theory, and how Einstein's theory of relativity changed it. Read Stephen Hawking's "The Universe in a Nutshell". And then tell me honestly that the idea of a god is less absurd.

While your definition of "random" chance isn't really random as everything reacts the same way in the same conditions, thus it's a product of small physical laws acting en mass.
