What about Darksiders, what the fuck
So Koch Media owns metro now huh.
No relation to the Koch brothers, for those who were wondering. I'm guessing Metro will be published under the Deep Silver brand.
Crytek is making Homefront 2.
Crysis 1: fighting north koreans Homefront 1: fighting north koreans coincidence?
I hope they don't koch up Last Light.
-snip im dumb and forgot about 4a-
I'm worried about how Sega is going to handle Relic. Hopefully they'll leave them the fuck alone and let them make games without ripping them apart and throwing dumb shit in. As for everyone else, it looks great. Deep Silver owning owning Volition and Metro is great, Deep Silver is actually really good.
crytek having homefront doesnt bode well with me considering how they've neglected timesplitters so far despite having the ip for that.
Oh christ, the guys who published Dead Island? nooooooooooooooo god please no
They also published quite a few of good games.
crytek having homefront doesnt bode well with me considering how they've neglected timesplitters so far despite having the ip for that.
so they'll neglect making homefront 2? sounds like good news to me.
What's going to happen with all the THQ games on Steam?
THQ games will be pulled from all online retailers. It's now up to the new owners of the IPs to relist them on sites such as Steam. This has happened to several games on Steam games in the past and few have returned. Neverwinter Nights 2 was removed in 2011 and was in the process of returning when Atari went bankrupt.
Somewhat interested in what Crytek could do with homefront.
What are they going to do with the WWE games? Or is it still undecided? If it goes to EA I will flip my shit
The god damn Germans got to Metro: last light.
What are they going to do with the WWE games? Or is it still undecided? They will remain part of the Chapter 11 case. We will make every effort to find appropriate buyers, if possible." they will continue in chapter 11
Would the games be taken away from the accounts who own the games?
No, probably not.
So I take it that Sega owns the Homeworld franchise as well now?
so they'll neglect making homefront 2? sounds like good news to me.
Homefront could have been great if they'd put more effort into it. The concepts were good, just badly executed.

Didn't Deep Silver publish one of the STALKER games?
Didn't Deep Silver publish one of the STALKER games?
Clear Sky, and they rushed it, that's why GSC left afterwords.
Would the games be taken away from the accounts who own the games?
Nope, people just won't be able to buy them again.
Didn't Deep Silver publish one of the STALKER games?
Yeah, the have quite a palette of games. Some of the are really great, others are mediocre. But they are generally a good publisher.
Good job reading the title.
good job reading homeworld != homefront
Didn't Deep Silver publish one of the STALKER games?
Yep, and They published the recent X games by egosoft.
I've found Deep Silver to be generally good. Clear Sky was an alright experience and the game is definitely in the same ballpark as Metro. I'd dare being moderately positive towards this.
Would the games be taken away from the accounts who own the games?
No, they'll be there as long as Steam exists. The only issue that may arise from such events is that if the game requires a cd-key from the publisher (rare), Steam might show an error on launching the game
Goddamn Ubisoft got South Park Stick Of Truth. For those confused: This means my Amazon Preorder of Stick of Truth won't activate on Steam, but now on U-Play (Presumably). I guess this means I have to cancel my order and get the Steam version now (For More Money).
I hope Ubisoft doesn't killed South park.
It's fucked.
Not sure how I feel about this. They seem to let The Creative Assembly do what they want but SEGA has kind of ruined many of their other franchises.
Honestly, Sega has been fine with all their rts's. Like think about it, the Dawn of War 2 dlc model and the Total war models were already, literally the same. [editline]23rd January 2013[/editline] I mean seriously. When Activision was publishing CA games, they made them make a goddamn movie tie in for Rome.
