We all know Japan is extremely well trained for tsunami and earthquakes. Notice how when the earthquake starts every one immediately sits down. And when the speakers play they all stand up know what to do in case of a tsunami or collapsing buildings

I've met people that work at Disneyland and Disneyworld (hell, my dad used to work as a security guard in Downtown Disney), and I've learned one very important fact about a necessity for working at Disney. You have to have passion. These people love what they do, and they try to do it in the best way possible. All of the food these people are receiving? Five bucks says the Disney chefs are working their asses off to give these people something warm and tasty to get their minds off what has happened. The entertainers? Doing their best to keep the children (and probably most of the parents) occupied while they tried to figure out the situation. To keep it short, these people basically love what they do, and they love keeping the people entertained and happy. It's a requirement for working at Disney, practically.
If it was in America we could turn the liquid back into a parking lot.
There are worse places to be stranded.
I read it as 'Disneyland Liquefies Parking Lot' thinking it was a new scheme to make guests stay longer and buy more stuff.
The announcer's voice in the parking lot reminds me of Mass Effect.
If it was in America we could turn the liquid back into a parking lot.
If it was America we'd be too busy being inundated with bible thumpers screaming it is the end of the world all over our news to even NOTICE people stranded at Disneyland.

Can't imagine what fear the children would've felt. :ohdear:

Notice how people actually sit down? Last year we had a earthquake at my school and half the class got up and ran out. in all of japan, this is probably the best place to be. between tsunamis, earthquakes, nuclear radiation, and volcanic eruptions, Disneyland doesn't sound bad at all.
That's amazing. In a way that surprises me, in another way, it's not surprising at all.
Honestly, Japan Disneyland in comparison to US Disneyland, you would've probably gotten different results. I'm, of course, referring to myself here, but the Disneyland I've gone to in Southern California isn't all that great in terms of park service.

This has made me really get a new opinion on Japan. Well orginized, prepared, and works together as a country, intelligently and efficiantly.

On KTLA5 (Major news network in Los Angeles ) they had a live reporter in Japan (he was Japanese himself) and the officials said "There hasn't been a single case of looting. Japans disiplin is very different from Americans."
