I wouldn't go that far.
It's not a good thing to do, for sure, but hoping to get twenty bucks from a fruit drink settlement that hasn't even been finalized yet isn't the same as lying about medical procedures in order to make several grand.

I bought them a few times but I have no receipts and could not even begin to approximate how much I have spent.

The paperwork says that you can't apply if you ordered them online and had it shipped overseas. I am not sure if you would be eligible in Canada or not.
