You're an idiot, if anyone gets in trouble it's going to be people putting in false information once they realize it. You better be praying they don't figure you out.
Haha, what?
It was a joke. Jeez, I sure hope they don't give me the death penalty for this :v:
Few things:
1) Those that are filing false claims are going to end up getting found out because they do have to go through each and every one of them.
2) You won't get anything until sometime next year if you are lucky.
3) More people who file a claim = less money for all.
Do not expect to get 45 dollars because you said so.
I just realized the cash will get mailed to you as a check.
I used a fake address.
Ugh.
How were you expecting to get the money? It's not going to magically appear in your bank account. It's not like you deserve or are entitled to this money anyways unless you actually did purchase the juice.

These class-action lawsuits happen all the time and it always goes down the same way. The lawyers who are filling these lawsuits on "our behalf" are the ones making the money, as far as I know only a small portion of the settlement is used to pay those entitled and the rest is legal fees.

Nobody's going to get "found out" considering part of the claim is that you don't need proof of purchase. The company has to give out a proposed 9 million dollars and likely doesn't care where it goes because no matter what they have to get rid of it. Either to people filing claims or to charities.
I'm not advocating people putting in false claims, but there is literally no risk. Anybody can say they've spent any amount on these products in the 6 year time period, without proof of purchase, and nobody can prove them wrong.

They'll laugh because they paid out from the fund, but it didn't get cashed, so the money will go right back to them.
ima buy a hooker with this
FUCK IT

I'M DOING IT
[sp] I'm a person that tends not to do 'bad things', but I need money soo, whatevs[/sp]
What if they look up on it and find this post?
while i highly doubt that anybody in this thread will be caught, and while i believe that if i did this i would be caught, i'm not going to do this for two reasons
1) i'm not really down for committing perjury regardless
2) i participated in a class action lawsuit for ipods a few years ago and won only 43 cents, delivered to me more than two years after submitting my info
It's almost like watching people beating each other up in the street over a dollar when someone tosses a wad of money into the air
"keep'd"?

"gotta"?
You have to be kidding me.
to all of you that did this, you're pathetic idiots, who should probably be reminded that "Federal law classifies perjury as a felony and provides for a prison sentence of up to five years". Not saying you'll get caught, just saying that you're putting rather a lot on the line for $45.

Wait, so I've totally bought a ton of Naked Juice between 2007 and 2013. But, no shit I don't have any receipts. Can I still get money legally?
You have no proof of purchase? Yes.

Hope I get mine soon.. I spent enough that hopefully I'll get the full 45.
thanks for getting my hopes up, i wanted some free money
Still waiting for my facebook one. :(
Check my mail, got a check for $8.57. I don't even remember doing this.
So did any of you who filed false claims end up being brutally violated in prison after the Naked Juice detective agency blew the lid on your devious schemes, or what?

My anus remains unviolated.
[sp]I do buy Naked Juice tho, fucking love the shit[/sp]
If you filed a false claim you're being kind of a dick. You're taking away the money that should have rightfully gone to the people who purchased Naked Juice and were affected by this. If everybody behaved like this during a class action lawsuit nobody would get anything.

That, and I'm wondering how many of the people who jumped at the opportunity to abuse the legal system for the sake of a few bucks are the same ones who complain about things like welfare and Medicare abuse.
At this point everyone who was going to has already long since done so, so nothing's going to change, but it's a dick move and borderline theft to take money you don't deserve just because you won't get caught.

Exactly. In this case you aren't just taking money from the big corporate company, you're taking away from the money pool that the actual customers were entitled to.
I don't even think it's 'borderline theft', I'm sure this would be counted as actual fraud.
I got 6 bux in the mail
