Not really, you can run it fine with a modern dual core CPU and just about any modern discrete GPU.
This is one game I did want to buy but never could stomach having it on console, the fact it's coming to PC is excellent! I'm also glad Deep Silver is publishing it, they've got really good games under their belt.

It ran fine for me when I was using a core i3 and a gtx 550ti
