There is no specific food or anime that makes one a weeaboo. As long as you're obsessed with Japan you're a weeaboo. Typically that would include "leet" knowledge of Japanese (as in they suck and throw in every damn word they can whenever they can without it even making sense, and feel like they know Japanese fluently without knowing jack shit). Obsession over anime, typically it would be long generic shows like Naruto, Bleach, Princess Moon, Dragonballz, One Piece, but anything goes really, just be obssessed by it.

Oh, those chocolate pins. Well yeah, they are used a lot, I think it's more of a "looks good/cute" thing which obviously makes all the weeaboos think it's some great thing because they eat it a lot in anime, and even if they wouldn't like it normally there is the placebo effect.

It's the same problem as being overweight. You know you're fat, but it's hard to overcome the urges of food. Also excersing becomes a living hell which requiers a strong will to actually do it enough to lose weight.
That's so sad. I feel for him. :(
