BNP protests over sex education - calls it 'mental paedophilia'

I can remember my first sex ed classes when I was 10, everyone was like LOL PENIS LOL VAGINA LOLOLOLOL.
And then in year 9 it was like "we already know this shit"

Burden of proof's on you, friend. There are first sex by age polls done in various areas, so I'd like to see you actually provide them correlated with sex ed to prove your assetion. Keep in mind also that you have to use precise statistics- if you just go on Wikipedia and pull off something from that Youthnet crap you'll be shot down for selection bias, because they incentivised the survey towards the sexually active.
I got sex ed when I was ~12. That's about the age where I find it relevant, really - the ones that are really early on the train get an idea of what they're doing, and the rest watch porn and go crazy on their dicks. About 14-15 we got more sex ed, this time about some more technical stuff, and the how to make sex more enjoyable. Overall fun and informative. And not too early, not too late.
I think it isn't too early to learn about it.
We learn about almost everything in the universe, even up to atomic particles yet we cannot even learn about our own body. Restricting this information can be construed as "mental pedophilia."
I think sex ed a younger age would probably make children less sexualised at later ages, so I support early sex education.
I remember sex ed.
All I thought was: "Huh. So that's how it works. Cool."
6 is too early anyway.
I don't know, I think it's a good age, personally.
But still, even if it was too early, better too early than too late when it comes to sex ed.
Obviously their not going to show hardcore porn in the classes, it's probably going to be about body parts and relationships, and not going into too much detail either. Not a big issue.
Sex Ed in primary school was funny. Someone thought tits were called MOUNT EVEREST'S and we learnt about the HAIRY HOLE.
the first bit of pornography i found was furry porn when i was like, 8 or 9
i was just looking for the debug cheat for a sonic game :(
i was like 12 i think when we started
we got dildos to play with :D

And this is probably the reason for this primary school sex-ed initiative. Exposure to adult content happens very early and it's vital to "catch" this and give kids a proper introduction to the topic in a controlled environment, so to speak. The Internet is probably the worst place to learn about sex.

I'm so glad that I missed sex ed

Are you telling me you never had your whatever-the-fuck-societal-issues-lesson-was-called-then teacher talk about Richard?

No I got the basic one when I was about 10, but missed the really awkward one that most people had at 14 where they put condoms on whatever object they used. Not really the kind of thing I want to be taking part in around a load of 14 year old boys.
I had sex ed in 5th grade, and I gotta say, knowing all of that is a hell of a lot better than having to figure it out on my own.
Obviously the BNP have gone a bit far, but are they really teaching sex ed to children that young? It's not so much wrong, but pointless. Most 6 year olds want to eat sand, put crayons up their nose and put glue in their hair, not learn about 'When a man loves a woman he puts his...'
Teaching Sex Ed is okay but seriously? Fucking 6 years old?

It's better to teach it to them then, that way it doesn't become this mysterious subject that they are desperate to find out about, usually ending up with problems.
Bit too early in my mind. I started thinking about it around Grade 4, which is when they taught us.
When I was 6 which is not too long ago, all I wanted to do was play with friends.

They're not exactly telling them to go out and have sex, just how it works.
Still, they probably wouldn't understand it properly. When I'm six I want to go play outside, not learn how a guy's dick works.

But they'll be in school, the hwole purpose of school is to teach them things. If doing this wold desexualise society then I'm happy for it to be taught
This is one of those things with a long-term objective: to cause future generations to be less shy about sex so that in a few generations time people will openly be able to talk about sexual topics with any kind of social taboo.

But they could at least wait a year or so to teach them. Six in my opinion seems far too early.
I learned that sex exists when I was about 7, why leave it for the kids to find out for themselves and get the wrong idea when they can be educated properly about it.

What. Short of brainwashing the world, sexuality is never going to go away, especially not due to sex ed classes being taught at a younger age.
To be honest, I'm not even sure why you'd want that. Sexuality is an important part of life, and I'm not trying to say that in a "lol sex is grate" kind of way. It impacts society in a (I have no idea how to word this without it sounding perverse) very deep way, and is a driving force behind most of what people do.

What difference would a year make? They're virtually at the same mind set.

It will always be part of the world, I just want it to be less of a part of the world.
So, we can now commit thought crimes according to the BNP :v:

But why, though?
