No. I don't think so anyways, it goes up every ten levels you complete in game. As far as I know 300 is the highest it's gotten so far.

Yeah all the big publishers seem to refuse to lower their prices by any real amount so the most you get is $10 off a $60 game, the rest are just indies and Greenlight flood content I've never heard of.

It's not cheating so much as all the upgrades after day one. I got one where it instantly kills a spawner with a 1 minute cool down and all I did yesterday was have the game open in the background. Now multiply this by~350 players per lane
I can't get the minigame to connectin browser, only in the steam client. In chrome it just gives me blank lanes with no monsters.

Managed to get into the game finally after errors the whole day.
Not sure whether it was just complete chance but spam clicking the play button in the steam client worked for me.

I don't really think it's a refusal, per se, but usually the big names drop their prices further along in the sale. We'll probably get more of them coming in the next few days

Quick warning, for some reason Crysis 1 just literally won't execute for some people. Afaik there's no reason or solution.
