Over here the protection is even stronger, so you can't even send it to the police without someone's agreement, technically speaking, unless you remove all personally identifiable information (meaning you have to blur out faces, license plates, and probably a bunch of other stuff). This of course doesn't apply when the police secures evidence though.
The fines are pretty big, so if the victims decided to sue, any prank channel here would get ruined very quickly.
