Thanks to this thread we found the one thing Facepunch hates more: women complaining about Youtube prank channels.
I dunno, seems like most people think this is fucking retarded.
You have the right to film, but not to publish it for (most) commercial purposes. Joe Goes asks every single person to sign release forms, these people probably should too.
Over here the protection is even stronger, so you can't even send it to the police without someone's agreement, technically speaking, unless you remove all personally identifiable information (meaning you have to blur out faces, license plates, and probably a bunch of other stuff). This of course doesn't apply when the police secures evidence though. The fines are pretty big, so if the victims decided to sue, any prank channel here would get ruined very quickly. Because that's quite evidently not even remotely the case here, even if you don't misrepresent what people wrote.
Jesus, what a scumbag.
sorry, if you're in a public place you have a right to be filmed. still no excuse for these guys being assholes, but really, is she seriously suffering this much emotional distress? sounds like shes "cashing in" to me.
I know you've already got response after response to this, but I'm just really baffled by this post. What the fuck are you thinking, dude?
One day you're minding your own business, the next hundreds of people hate you for no reason. I'd be upset too.
Youtube commenters count for like 1/5 of a person though.
