He needs medical help not some bullshit 400 year sentence. I don't believe in retribution I believe in rehabilitation. Why bother with killing the murderer? It wont help anyone or anything. Maybe the victims family will have a tiny sense of closure (most admit that the execution doesn't help them at all). So why not fix the murderer to make a better future?

I know what you mean, I see what you mean, you're right, rehabilitation is great and all, I personally think there's a limit to when they should be saved or not, but that's just me. But just because you can rehabilitate them doesn't make them worth more than a regular person, they did a terrible thing, the innocent person did not.
