We shouldn't forsake people who make mistakes (unless they were like...Hitler incarnate).
There's nothing wrong with rehabilitating people, I don't really see what you're talking about.
then why do you support the death penalty killing someone isn't rehabilitation
then why do you support the death penalty killing someone isn't rehabilitation
I support it for mass murderers and torturers. Like, why should those murderers/torturers be given a normal life when their victims will never have that?
I support it for mass murderers and torturers. Like, why should those murderers/torturers be given a normal life when their victims will never have that?
life in prison isn't exactly normal and they're still people. mass murderers/torturers have mental illnesses and need psychiatric help and guidance.
life in prison isn't exactly normal and they're still people. mass murderers/torturers have mental illnesses and need psychiatric help and guidance.
Giving terrible people (yes, terrible) a second chance...while their victims lay down, slaughtered for no reason.
Giving terrible people (yes, terrible) a second chance...while their victims lay down, slaughtered for no reason.
two wrongs don't make a right no one is condoning what they did
two wrongs don't make a right no one is condoning what they did
But does it really make a wrong? Does ending a mass murderers life make anyone's life worse? Does it...can it?
But does it really make a wrong? Does ending a mass murderers life make anyone's life worse? Does it...can it?
It makes the mass murderers life worse. Why not make it better, and give him the chance to maybe make others lives better too? Also, murder victims aren't the only people with family and friends. Even Hitler's mother loved him.
But does it really make a wrong? Does ending a mass murderers life make anyone's life worse? Does it...can it?
yes, it deprives him of the right to live. the SAME THING he did to others. it's hypocritical.
yes, it deprives him of the right to live. the SAME THING he did to others. it's hypocritical.
This isn't an eye for an eye, which is what I think you were getting at, like I said, it's like a hair for an eye.
yes, it deprives him of the right to live. the SAME THING he did to others. it's hypocritical.
no because if he deprives others of life he deserves to be deprived of life. dont you get anything?
This isn't an eye for an eye, which is what I think you were getting at, like I said, it's like a hair for an eye.
murdering a murderer is an eye for an eye you're inflicting the same punishment they inflicted on others [editline]02:08AM[/editline]
no because if he deprives others of life he deserves to be deprived of life. dont you get anything?
who the fuck are you to say who gets to live and who gets to die get off your high horse
Technically that would only make sense if the innocent person was like...insane
you use the word technically, but i do not think you understand what it means
I thought you were only going to respond to me :P Yeah, but it's more like murdering a 10+ time murderer
no because if he deprives others of life he deserves to be deprived of life. dont you get anything?
So what about the person who deprives him of life?
So what about the person who deprives him of life?
That would be a more justified murder
who the fuck are you to say who gets to live and who gets to die get off your high horse
if someone lives under a law system that has an eye for an eye system then they will end up getting death for kill someone get off your high horse
if someone lives under a law system that has an eye for an eye system then they will end up getting death for kill someone get off your high horse
a society with an eye for an eye justice system is fucked up beyond reason
a society with an eye for an eye justice system is fucked up beyond reason
a lot of societies are fucked up beyond reason.
if someone lives under a law system that has an eye for an eye system then they will end up getting death for kill someone get off your high horse
okay.. what a contributing post. and I'm not the one who supports murdering people
okay.. what a contributing post. and I'm not the one who supports murdering people
yes you are
yes you are
How so?
yes you are
no, I'm not I've never condoned murder
what is wrong with you I'd rather let 1,000 guilty people be released than have one innocent person executed
I don't know if you've been to an American prison before, but I can tell you I would rather be dead than spend the rest of my life in there
I remember hearing about this. What a bad-ass. :frogc00l:
so killing innocent people and ruining their and their families' lives makes you a bad-ass? grow up kid
the guy has been executed
the guy has been executed
Yeah I just saw that on my twitter feed a few minutes ago.
Utah prison officials say a firing squad has executed convicted killer Ronnie Lee Gardner. The 49-year-old Gardner was shot by a team of five anonymous marksmen with a matched set of .30-caliber rifles early Friday. Gardner, who had a white target pinned to his chest and was strapped to a chair, was pronounced dead at 12:20 a.m.
the rest is detailing what he did.
what is death by firing squad?
They fire a squad at him until he dies.
so killing innocent people and ruining their and their families' lives makes you a bad-ass? grow up kid
Choosing an ancient execution method that actually shouldn`t be avaible anymore aboven normal method is pretty badass. Altough a bullet to the head seems more effective than an injection or electric shock.
Surprisingly enough, I'd rather be beheaded rather than shot or have lethal injection. Purely because I'd black out within milliseconds from loss of blood and I wouldn't feel much pain. I just don't like the idea of having my head shot in. [editline]03:26PM[/editline] And to make it clear, I'd want to be beheaded with an axe or guillotine. Not a fucking kitchen knife. One swift cut.
