The theoretical calculations work only in a vacuum, and to create a space–time void of even a few minutes would require a cloak bigger than Earth because of the space required to recombine the accelerated leading edge and slowed trailing edge of the light wave. Worst of all, the theory requires the metamaterial to boost light rays beyond the fundamental speed of light.[/quote]
So, If I manage to get a perfect vacuum the size of a medium planet, get enough metamaterial to make a structure larger than EARTH, and accelerate light beyond the theoretical limit, then I can make it look like something skipped ahead in time a couple of minutes to the outside world.
Yeah, that's cool and all, but I don't think it's happening. Now, the invisibility cloak technology this idea is based off of actually does work.

No, he says he going to put his foot in your ass.

The smaller an object, the less of a fuck that it gives about being rational. Bumblebees are small, so they say, "Fuck you I CAN FLY EVEN THOUGH AERODYNAMICALLY I CANNOT." So the stuff smaller than atoms will fuck your shit up SO BADLY, that they will say fuck you and do whatever the fuck they want.
Also, to measure position, you must narrow down the space in which the particles can move, so the speed is reduced. If you want to measure the speed, well, I don't fucking know. Or something like that, I really have no goddamned idea.

actually, I thought that had been disproven. Something about the guy who originally did the calculations and said that they couldn't fly not taking into account the fact that their wings move in more of a circular motion rather than straight up and down.
bad idea

Actually the guy who originally did the calculations was attempting to prove that bees' wings are not fixed by proving that if they were then bees would not comply with the laws of aerodynamics.
We can use them to store supplies in larger ammounts in smaller spaces.
SPACE HERE WE COME!
Imagine if a mass murderer got one of these. :ohdear:
This'll put the Illuminati out of their jobs.
No one will have to know about their deaths
No one will have to know about their bodies
Their twisted, rotten bodies...

Basically: "observing" aprocess in dimensions this small requires an interaction with the system(example:to get info about the spin you flip it a and watch the behavior of it going back to the previous state)

I love and am slightly disturbed by the fact someone rated this Artistic.
This is why I do physics...
Still at least one year of Newton shit to go though...
