Imagine taking a 47 pound shit

You'll collapse from dehydration and exhaustion long before 20. And in any case, that much in the way of bowel contents will probably cause intestinal rupture and subsequent peritonitis anyway.

LET'S NOT IMAGINE THAT

You need a title for how amazing you are.

You'd be a blast at parties

party translation: "Your guts'll blow up before you're a quarter done, so no go."
America.
Land of freedom where guns provide you safety over medical healthcare.
Hilarious how America is still struggling with basic things like healthcare. Unbelievable.
Pretty sure that Illegals are better citizens than you are. They work for less than minimum wage and are fully willing to pay taxes, whatever the rate may be. (And yes, they do pay taxes, to get a job the employer will usually "obtain" and "lend" them an ID from a dead citizen for tax purposes, that way the company is able to write off the costs as employee wages. This takes a minimum of bribery on the government side and the company saves millions hiring illegals for shit jobs they'd have to actually pay someone a livable wage for otherwise.)
Whoaaa. I was told otherwise, do you have any sources on this because this is an interesting thing I could read about.
If it werent for national healthcare, I'd be fucking dead, so Im pretty sure its a good thing.
same here
Stuff
We get it, you're a doctor
We get it, you're a doctor
Oh thank god, I just thought he was some guy who knew the ins and outs of taking an enormous dump.
I don't know how I'm supposed to react when I see Americans in here complain about a healthcare system they haven't even experienced.
I can literally shoot myself right now, get the chopper to get me, get the surgery done, the therapy, the medicine and all that jazz for a meager sum of about 300 USD.
I could do it again and it'd go through the same thing and not pay a dime, because the max sum we're allowed to pay per year is just 300 USD.
Fuck I love universal healthcare.
But obamacare is baddddddd!
It is when one person getting a tumor removed is news.

I plan on moving to a country where this kind of system is in place.
We get it, you're a doctor
Oh how horrible, someone who actually knows stuff and most likely have more knowledge about said stuff than the rest of us
I know you're being sarcastic but there are way more stories of people being fucked by it than helped by it.
Maybe for people like you who make it a point to get all your news from conservative blogs. I haven't heard shit.
Also just curious, what kind of argument is "national healthcare is bad because of higher taxes"? It is not like you are not paying for healthcare, in fact you are probably paying more because of the for-profit insurance companies and hospitals involved.
Or is it more of a case of "I know I can cover all my medical expenses, so I don't really give two fucks about the guy who lives down the street" and even that is messed up because there is no way you can imagine every medical scenario, and bills can (and do) pile up very very quickly.

But then I'd have to pay a fraction of a fraction of my income to save you when you should be dead for being poor. It's called ~natural selection~.
regardless of flaws, even major, it is a step forward
why is it so bad for people to receive health care? why do people think you should need money to be alive and well?
it's a matter of compassion, the problem is the politics attached that mangle that goal
b-b-because socialism!!!
The fact that my Grandma has to still shovel out thousands because she broke her hip fucking disgusts me.

The only one I have off the top of my head is this:

However, there are a quite a few more if you look around. I think Rationalwiki has a page on it too.
As a Swede who isn't much into American politics and stuff, what exactly is Obamacare (seems like free Healthcare) and why do people think it's bad?

Insurance companies are mad they can't steal money from people

Obamacare refers to the Affordable Care Act which does a lot of very complicated things but to put it simply:
Requires individuals to purchase health insurance from private companies through a government exchange
Removes the ability for insurance companies to deny coverage due to pre-existing conditions
Allow children up to the age of 26 be on their parents healthcare plan
Allows for the expansion of Medicaid, which subsidizes healthcare for people who make under a certain income
The last part is also complex because the Supreme Court ruled that the costs of expanding Medicaid coverage counts as a tax and as such individual states can choose to expand it or not. Predictably most diehard Republican states refused expanding it despite federal money already being set aside in the federal budget to cover it. Most Democrat states have expanded, and a few are working on their own programs.
So really it's only free healthcare for lower income people who happen to live in certain states. For the vast majority of American's you either still get healthcare through a private company or your employer which costs money.

For those curious as to how many people could die because of supposed pro-life Republican governors, I made a thread awhile back about an article breaking down a study based on Massachussett's health system which was the inspiration for the ACA.

Well they don't need to steal money from anyone because the ACA requires everyone that doesn't have an employee plan or Medicaid coverage to buy through an insurance company. Why steal money from people when they are legally obligated to pay you?

TL;DR: Republicans got butt-mad because Democrats were doing something good for the people, and so they butchered the entire thing in congress like a bunch of screaming man-children so it would be less effective and have some drawbacks because they wanted to justify screaming about it being bad because the for-profit insurance companies lining their pockets told them so.
As a Swede who isn't much into American politics and stuff, what exactly is Obamacare (seems like free Healthcare) and why do people think it's bad?
It's a new law that requires everybody to get health insurance and helps those who couldn't previously afford or qualify for insurance get coverage. While this sounds great in theory and is generally a step towards the right direction, the implementation is horrid. I tried to sign up through the government's website only to be told that I don't qualify and will be contacted by the State of Illinois, who after 6 months have failed to contact me. Also, if you had a good plan before the ACA (dirt cheap copay and coverage for everything albeit a high premium) you were dropped by your insurer because of a 40% tax on "Cadillac plans". This is what happened to me. Aside from this, the ACA has helped many of those who couldn't afford insurance or were unable to get it, which is great.
The Affordable Care Act is a mess, if we really wanted reform we'd go to single payer like they have in Canada.
I fucking love the part where the American lower-class citizens actually vote to remove rights from themselves, and want to die without healthcare so some rich asshole can get his new sports car a little faster.

The aren't lower-class, they are temporarily inconvenienced millionaires :v:
"Socialism never took root in America because the poor see themselves not as an exploited proletariat, but as temporarily embarrassed millionaires." - John Steinbeck
In short; propaganda works.
