Honestly though it sounds like this has made their local economy skyrocket.
Y'all are pretty fucking shortsighted to think having to put up with teenage tourists isn't worth the massive local revenue boost they're getting, especially in a recession like this. If I lived in that town I'd be cashing in on the fad as much as I could.

Well Harry Potter got progressively more epic until the end minus the 20 years later part. Twilight starts off lame and stays that way with a small plateau in the third book, then it flatlines again.
