continue or propagate? there's a difference
The fundamentals of objectivism have already been determined that's true.
However objectivism must now be applied to more fields which is where the future work lies.
There is no such thing as reasonable skepticism if it is continued without conviction.
To grant plausibility to everything is completely unreasonable.
I'm sorry is this an argument about a practical economic system or is it an argument in abstract reasoning that has nothing to do with the subject matter?

wow
wow
I didn't even say anything like that at all, it's like i said something, and then it went through the internet onto your computer, and you read it, and then you made up something that is completely unlike what i said and then responded to it
Well I'm done for the night, this is just my favourite little bit of fun, objective truth... ;)

This is actually an examination of someone who is fucking insane. Take notes.

it's just too capitalist for you to think of.
Yeah I'm out too not going to lose sleep because of you unobjective fucks.
Yeah I'm out too not going to lose sleep because of you unobjective fucks.
The moral pinnacle, ladies and gentlemen
Yeah I'm out too not going to lose sleep because of you unobjective fucks.
no one expects you too
I'm laughing that you believe in an objective truth. So does anyone with religious zeal. dear god you're funny.
can you prove to me there is only one way of viewing the world? As far as I can tell, socialist democracies doing better than mediocre do exist, and actively disprove what you feel about objective truths.
I'm sorry is this an argument about a practical economic system or is it an argument in abstract reasoning that has nothing to do with the subject matter?
You can't use abstract reasoning to confirm the existence of god because of the lack of objective sensory input.
Just going to get that out there.

Adieu
objectivism is simply intellectual laziness
it's far easier to declare something irrational and unreasonable than it is to criticize it on its own terms

Socialist democracies are not setup on the basis of morality but rather what works for the common good.
I'm against that.

No ones trying to defend god, and no ones trying to say you can rationally prove it. What we are saying is that you are saying you have the "conviction" and ability to see the one truth that exists to man kind and that is fucking ridiculous. You've demonstrated none of this and tell us we're wrong, by telling us we're wrong. Not with logical demonstrations or points. Just with your conviction.

Which is why you're a social leper who nobody seems to ever agree with or take the side of who can't seem to empathize with people in a normal way.

You think there is more than one truth?
Is there more than black and white?
Socialist democracies are not setup on the basis of morality but rather what works for the common good.

Yeah, and it breaks your world view too. If there's an objective truth, nothing can succeed outside of that, and yet they succeed regardless of your acceptance of that success. It's beautiful the level of self deception you've demonstrated to me. You really give me hope that I too, can one day believe whatever comes out of my ass as the words that should come out of my mouth.
Yeah I'm out too not going to lose sleep because of you unobjective fucks.
Fundamentally, you're dragging philosphy into a thread that ultimately about economics and standard of living.
The irony of Objectivism is it's not objective at all, it's so convoluted and abstract that it doesn't practically pertain to anything whatsoever.
Well, lets move onto the next argument topic of utmost importance:
Who's hotter, Ayn Rand or Karl Marx?
You think there is more than one truth?
Is there more than black and white?
Yeah, that's the worst analogy anyone has ever come up with too.
Socialist democracies are not setup on the basis of morality but rather what works for the common good.
I'm against that.
well they are setup based on the premise that the common good is the most moral
this is the trap in objectivism
if furthering the self is moral, is it still moral when furthering the self leads to the self going backwards.
as in, is it moral to oppose national health care when one is suffering from the lack of health care, if the moral obligation is to further oneself and oneself's own potential?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Argument_from_ignorance
Again, funny coming from you. It's like you have rational tools at disposal, but you'd rather just chuck them at people.
Yeah, that's the worst analogy anyone has ever come up with too.
It wasn't an analogy I'm asking you two different questions.
It wasn't an analogy I'm asking you two different questions.
There's so much more than black and white.
There is no truth. Nothing can be "true". Things can only be subjective and seen at from many angles, things can only be known from many perspectives. You can learn a thing a million different ways and see it a million different ways. How could there be a truth?

And this is where our arguments should be not whether a country should be setup on the basis of morality. But rather what that morality is.
There's so much more than black and white.
There is gray, and what is gray?
A mixture of black and white...
If black is evil and white is good, why concern yourself with grays?
You think there is more than one truth?

also the infrared spectrum
so yes
Demonstrate to me something true beyond a shadow of a doubt that I can't simply throw the brain in the vat argument at you with.
Is there more than black and white?
Yes. White is composed of all color wavelengths visible to the human eye. And black, well that's not really anything at all if you think about it, it's the absence of something.
Next analogy pls.

Oh I didn't know you were exempt from the laws of gravity.
There is gray, and what is gray?

because you're a fucking mental idiot and you can't perfectly distinguish which one is which with no failing, especially if you think you can?

Or you could go with the idea that there is no black and white and that they are just abstracts because they don't exist in reality.
Or you could go with...
Or you could go with...
The point is there is more than one view of things. That no view can be true.
