Tesla pay pretty well compared to other automobile companies. Starting wage in Fremont for entry level jobs is a but shit perhaps, at $17 an hour. Gigafactory will he $25 an hour. Average salary at Tesla for those with less than 5 years experience is $81,000, which is pretty good considering that includes all the faxtory, service, and retail workers. It doesn't stack up compared to Facebook with a 110k average but it's not like Tesla are paying people min wage either.
