Lulzsec isn't even just doing it for "laughs". They're trying to present this chaotic neutral stance, they're just kids who want attention.
Lulzsec isn't even just doing it for "laughs". They're trying to present this chaotic neutral stance, they're just kids who want attention.
I think they're more chaotic evil than anything else. :v:
I think they're more chaotic evil than anything else. :v:
I think they're more retarded evil myself.
I think they're more chaotic evil than anything else. :v:
They're just idiots.
They're just idiots.
They're idiots with a botnet, the ability to do SQL injections and no morals whatsoever.

Chaotic neutral is finding an exploit in a system, posting it publicly and waiting for everyone else to abuse it; or it to get patched. [editline]24th June 2011[/editline] Which I support fully. I've done it myself a few times. It's gone a bit far when you go and release databases of information rather than just the exploit itself.

I've always seen Blackhats as the chaotic evil as they just wreck shit, and Whitehats as the Lawful Neutral as they aren't affiliated with a side normally, but avoid breaking too many laws and causing problems.
They're idiots with a botnet, the ability to do SQL injections and no morals whatsoever.
So, they're idiots with a basic knowledge of networking, then.
I think they're just bad people
One of the members says "He's never felt more safer in his life", which if he thinks that then they'll be going down even sooner the originally thought. You don't just march into government sites, run some scripts to steal and release info, then brag about it over IM services that you'll NEVER BE CAUGHT.
Is Lulzsec still around? Or have all the members been arrested?
Is Lulzsec still around? Or have all the members been arrested?
Fuck if I know. I don't think anyone does.
I don't find this funny at all...I read the entire article and it's incredibly depressing. A woman who deeply loves her son but has no idea how to connect with him despite her best efforts over the years (due to his numerous psychological issues that prevent him from functioning normally) is watching helplessly as he faces the possibility of a fatal sentence. Maybe I'm hypersensitive to these circumstances because my relationship with my mom suffered terribly over the course of a few years for several reasons and I still remember the day in which she articulated how helpless she felt in trying to connect with me as a person and friend. This is tragedy, people. Not comedy.
That's pretty hilarious given what he's done, actually. Can't say I feel too much pity for him.
Good, fuckers. The last straw was fucking with Bethesda.
Well to be honest I was getting sick of reading about these people. Fuck, we have a megathread for them now.

Can't say I feel too much pity for him.
it's pitiful that you can't empathize with a mother that's probably about to lose her estranged son and you even find it funny.
You don't just march into government sites, run some scripts to steal and release info, then brag about it over IM services that you'll NEVER BE CAUGHT.
This. That gloating put a big hole in that ship of theirs.
Edit
If Mr Cleary wins bail he will be banned from having any possession which can access the internet.
How is that possible? If they actually can keep him like that too, that's going to be a sucky life. :P Also, as far as I'm concerned, despite "having Aspergers", he still would've known what he was doing was wrong, he just wouldn't understand why. Next thing you know he's going to say the reason he released the information is because he had Tourettes and couldn't help himself. :v:
[sarcasm]Aw, I missed sifting through text files to see if my email and passwords were leaked[/sarcasm] But it's about time. [editline]25th June 2011[/editline]
enjoy jail boys, don't drop the soap LOL
I hope they do drop the soap.
I don't feel sorry for him at all. I'd send him to Gitmo.
did I once say that I felt bad for the kid? no, I didn't. I said that I felt bad for the mother, and everybody else here should, too. anyone who doesn't probably has some fucked up perception of reality in which it was all her fault also, I'm very glad that you are not and never will be in a position of power in which you might control who is and isn't sent to Gitmo.
How is that possible? If they actually can keep him like that too, that's going to be a sucky life. :P
It's actually done a lot for people whose crimes are only over the internet, but I can see it becoming more and more impossible as time progresses.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-13916090 :toot:
That didn't help McKinnon, he's fucked no matter which way you square it.
yeah dude, rate me dumb for feeling bad for a mom that has always tried her best to look out for her son and is now having to worry about him being extradited to a different country real class act, bro
you completely ignored what lunchbox said so here let me bold it for you: "Can't say I feel too much pity for him." and then attacked him, saying that he felt no empathy for his mother then in your very next post you say
did I once say that I felt bad for the kid? no, I didn't.
which I can only assume means that you agree with what lunchbox ACTUALLY said, and not with what you think he said flip flop
He might feel bad for the mother, but not the kid.
But when lunchbox said "I don't feel bad for the kid" munchiselleh started badmouthing him for not feeling bad for the mother.

Aspergers is more about communication and cooperation problems than understanding how and why society works. Personally I would've guessed he was a very low-functioning autistic.
