I realise that. Why not?
Because it would be a legal and moral nightmare
I mean... I can't see the appeal of it but the guy WANTED it. So why punish the policeman?
The prosecution accepts there is no evidence Guenzel, a police handwriting expert, ate any part of his victim but maintains that after murdering him he filmed himself cutting up the body.
So there's not even any evidence he ate him. It's just straight up murder. Even if someone wants to be murdered, it's still illegal.
Guenzel's defense is that he didn't kill him, but that the victim killed themselves. If that is the case, then we can move on to the cannibalism aspect of things.
That's obviously not true. You can consent to kinky sex, to being operated on in hospital and to medical drugs trials.
My understanding is that you can't consent to any harm, including kinky sex and the like. Of course at that point it's unenforced, but the law's the law.
And, of course, if you happen to be a lawyer/law student/someone else who knows more than me, I bow to your knowledge.
Look at it this way: If you're mentally unstable enough to want to be consumed, can you really consent?
Consent (at least in my eyes) is only something mentally stable individuals are capable of.
I came into this thread expecting ignorant/funnywhore police brutality posts. I'm extremely surprised and pleased that wasn't the outcome.
Side note, I'm not sure that you can say you're mentally well enough to consent to this kind of act. Consent is something that requires mental wellness, hence why drunk people cannot consent and such.
But sometimes people just decide they want to die. The guy who got killed did nothing worse than somebody who silently hangs themselves or jumps off a bridge. There might have easily enough been reasons beyond fetishism.
So you're saying (or at least implying) the guy was suicidal and just happen to kill himself in a way that corresponded with a fetish of his? I'm not insulting you I'm just asking for clarification. If that's the case then I guess you're right that this is no worse then somebody who kills themselves by hanging themselves or jumping off a bridge or overdosing on a drug. Still, fetishes that involve real people getting harmed physically and/or psychologically and are non-consensual acts don't sit right with me.
I saw a picture floating around the internet of two guys who did this sort of thing.
There was an old guy covered in blood standing next to a man sitting on a table with his legs outstretched. The old guy had completely flayed one of his legs from the knee down, so it was just his knee and then literally bare skeleton, and the guy on the table had his dick in his hand.
One of the most bizarre eye-bleach pictures I've ever seen
