Man I thought the Sochi Olympics were going to be bad but not this bad This is going to be amazing to watch.
Equipment of increased danger!
Low grammatical level is one of the main reasons I hate russians. If you think that people there are any better with their native language, you'll be surprised.
Evacuating from the car on your own in case the car stopped in between floors is not allowed. DANG
[thumb]http://acidcow.com/pics/20131209/only_in_russia_32.jpg[/thumb]
We have a couple of really old 5 story apartment blocks in our town, like this: It's normal to build bigger balconies on the first floors of such buildings in ex-ussr, but what I saw one day blew it out of the water. One of the first floor apartments had a huge balcony, a fucking front door in that balcony, and, I shit you not, a driveway to an underground garage for one car underneath the building. All made from the grassy side, just like on the photo above. [editline]6th February 2014[/editline]
Low grammatical level is one of the main reasons I hate russians. Learned Russian from TV and internet, still better at it than some of the native Russians I talked to over the internet. Same goes for English people.

It hurts me that people shit all over the language like that.

also i know the secret behind the building ironically, there is a russian comedy show, that shows two Tajikistan workers, building a hotel room in Sochi. they do various things, like plumbing made out of plastic bottles, toilets built like a podium, holes that allows you to stare at womens bathroom. i don't remember anything else

No way this is true, this didn't happen. I refuse to believe that.

Why did Russia pick one of the few sub tropical areas near a terrorist hot bed and a country they went to war with less than 10 years ago Why not Moscow Or Murmansk Or just build some stadiums on top of Dombarovsky and you have a better area
i hope 2022 world cup in qatar doesnt turn as bad as this i would feel really bad for sports fans having a shitty time visiting the country
one thing those Arab countries have is at least enough western educated engineers and a little bit of a code of ethics to not make collosal deathtraps plus they have a bit less beurocracy than Russia. also I think they are already building the stadium for that so its not like Russia were two years to go they start construction on the actual facilities

So cheap!
Russia isn't some developing shithole nation. It has a lot of problems but the nation is functional and most people can live there in peace. Stop shitting on people's lives.
Tell that to all the homeless people, the people who's homes were destroyed in Sochi with no compensation, the obscene cost of the build and the incredibly shit "we have no corruption" speeches.
I think this pretty much confirms how 'backwards' Russia is.
Yo, just saying, it's perfectly ok to hate our country and bureaucrats, but it's not like we're incapable of civil engineering. it's just everything was built for super cheap utilizing foreigh unskilled workers.
we use Mexicans over here to build everything but that doesn't make everything instantly condemnable

There's a simple explanation for this. The toilet is obviously a ghost, since it's partially phased through the wall.
This is hilarious to laugh at but they're also demolishing nearby homes and forcing the residents out, most with little or even NO compensation for their house getting demolished to turn into a hotel's pumping station.

That's pretty much the only reason. Plus bragging rights, where else have you seen Winter Olympics in subtropical regions. All the shit followed. It's fucking mind boggling how much money were just fucking thrown into shitter when half the country's regions' budgets are being fucking drained out to support the horrible "projects" and overblown state nomenclature of official agencies. The onky way it can get worse is if someone dies.
I can't wait to see what a disaster this'll become. Just more reasons to claim that russia is shit. Not that you'd need more reasons, but hey, free ammo never hurts.
