I've never been able to get a lucid dream to work, and that may be for the best given the twisted shit that goes down in my normal dreams.

Well in any case there was an Arizona attorney being interviewed the day it happened that said Arizona law makes it so that if someone who is deemed insane and placed in a mental institution recovers they would serve the rest of their term in prison so he will be taken out of society.

Like I said, she had a better chance of getting off on the insanity defense, but even she didn't take it. She plead guilty to it because with a guilty plea you can sometimes receive a mitigated punishment.

On topic, if he's legally insane, he should be institutionalized. Punishing people for doing something they don't even understand or can't understand is pretty pointless.

No solid evidence? Maybe the fact that numerous witnesses actually watched him shoot Giffords in the head and then murder people in broad daylight before some people restrained him on the ground? (of which there are all numerous witnesses of this)

The witnesses don't know what they saw. White male with a gun. That's simply circumstantial in regards to Loughner.
This whole thing just seems really fishy and I can tell there's some type of coverup going on.
