That was just fucking cruel. I mean killing your children is one thing, but gassing them? Christ, that is a terrible way to die. Even if it's only something like carbon monoxide, knowing you're slowly dying must have been torture.
This is the most extreme example of, "If I can't have them, then no one can!" I have ever heard of.

Wow, that's really messed up. I can't believe any defense would actually stand up to seeing living proof that she killed her daughter and son. I mean honestly, that's like approaching you after your friend's been killed in front of your eyes, and being told it was all a lie.
I've heard a few things like this happening, Kill the kids to get back at parent. Like, Jesus, they were your kids too. Weird. I pity the surviving kid and feel sorrow for the dead one's.
