I'll be honest, I'd want to find and attack a little annoying shit ruining my enjoyment of a game. I got WaW, MW2, and Blops on Xbox (CoD4 I got for PC in 2007, but my friends all played on Xbox) and listening to the kids is demoralizing.

I might say some things but nothing much over the PC port, considering everything I really do not see many little kids screaming over the mic. The best way to handle the situation is to find his home phone number and call his mother. Tell her how she doesn't want to be a bad role model and inform her of the PEGI rating system to get the kid off his xbox. While it is common way to get revenge, it save other players from the frustration of a little annoying brat. Also, if given the opportunity, set up a date with his mother just to rub in salt.
