McDonald's Bans Porn Sites From Public Wi-Fi Network

Their WiFi, their rules. Can't really get mad, besides McDonalds see themselves as a family restaurant.
I honestly will never understand why anti porn advocates even exist. "It harms children" well so does tobacco and alcohol porn is not fucking meant for children, learn to parent and let adults enjoy whatever content they want, even if they're sitting in some corner of the restaurant you happen to be in. Fuck sake
I wouldn't want my restaurant to be associated with people jacking off in it, but that's just me.

This isn't anti-porn, this is anti-jacking off at McDonald's while I'm trying to order a double cheeseburger.
Its' bizarre that there were no filters in these public wi-fis for franchise junk joints to begin with.
The less filters on anything the better.
It could be a slippery slope where they will start banning websites from the competition as well as junk food critics. Or even worse, giving right of way to "preferred partners" from which they receive money.
Then again, its their WIFI they can do what they want with it.

Who cares? It's just McDonald's wifi, it's not exactly a sweeping issue.

Like they said, there have been no reports of people jerking it in a McDonalds. They are just banning it for the sake of it.

Masturbating does not equal watching pornography. Most hits are either "man caught masturbating near children" or parents complaining about toys/women masturbating with toys.

With an attitude like that you'll never be the CEO of Waffle House.
Well they cocked something up. This was what the wifi was like when trying to sign in at MD's in Ronda.
