In a romance one, that typically means you get to choose which girl you want to shove your weiner in. In the original oriemo vn [sp]basically in the dumb as fuck incest arc they get around it by saying one of them is adopted or some bs[/sp], but the story isn't exclusively about a dood bonin his lil sister. p sure there isn't even any nudity in the game, novels, or anime. In the Light novel, which the anime and VN are based off of, it was just a story of a dood helping out his little sister with a weird hobby and then suddenly a shitty incest ending that everybody hates.
