My childhood is worried
One bad movie isn't going to magically turn your childhood memories to shit.
I thought they were talking about the strip dance show.
I can't tell if Disney is starting to go downhill or if I'm just getting old.
Near as I can tell, both.
It's gonna suck, just like...
If it's anything like this Then no.
Yeah...like that, and that live-action Yogi Bear movie, and all the other fucking live action moveis of cartoons ever.
After being reminded of the Alvin and the Chipmunks disaster, I realized that Gadget is going to be at the bottom of the uncanny valley.
This flat out sucks. None of those Live Action/CG hybrid family movies are any good. And I like most of you used to put off my homework everyday after school to watch this when I was a kid. I guess the big question is will it at least try to be Rescue Rangers or will it be like, say, Marmaduke where the main character is the only thing from the source material and it follows some lame "what the writer thinks the kids want to see" plot. EDIT: I realize its supposed to be a family/"kids" movie after all. I put "what the kids want" originally and meant to say "what the writer thinks the kids want to see". I've also only seen so many of these things due to family time with my cousins and the fact that my brother usually watches bad movies while I'm on the computer and thus i end up hearing it. Also, I feel terrible that I acknowledged that awful Marmaduke movie....... so bad it was the only movie of that year that didn't have a 3d edition.
live-action/CG hybrid
Why is it that they can't just make a cartoon instead?
