Abuse tobacco? You do realize the addictive chemical, nicotine, which is native to the tobacco plant, is the 2nd most addictive chemical on the planet. Only to be triumphed by heroin. They also claim after about 3 cigarettes, the nicotine receptors are fully developed in your brain stem.
Tobacco, alcohol, sugar, caffeine, and anything else you can think about.. all contain physical dependencies on it. They're wide open for abuse as well, and they all cause health conditions.
There is just too many people here with their narcissistic bullshit, that everyone has to conform to certain ways. They claim smoking is bad (yes it is, I've watched two of my grandparents suffer from lung cancer, and here I am waiting for my moment), but do you realize what else you inhale? Especially in a city like NYC? All that exhaust, the rubber that is thrown into the air. And everything else from the industries, to the buildings heating its occupants.
