While I do think smoking is a bad idea, the government has no place telling people what they can and can't do with their bodies. Second hand smoke is just bullshit they use to try and justify it.

Either way between the smoke being filtered, and mostly absorbed into the smokers body, the smoke that they blow out is so thin that you only need maybe a foot or two of space before you aren't getting any of the smoke. And I haven't read each post because I fell asleep, but has ANYBODY coutered my arguments that factories that make things nonessential to living emit a crapton more fumes into the air that actually stay in the air for an extended time?

Unless you're standing dead infront of her and she blows it out as you inhale you aren't getting shit in your lungs. And even then it's pretty much been double filtered because it goes through the filter and then the smoker, so pretty much all the crap has been absorbed
