Okay since this is now going the direction of how smoking is harmful to the user, lets clarify some more.
1. Any kind of inhaled smoke in high quantity can give you asthma/lung cancer, you can stand in a freeway and get both, you can smoke and get both.
2. If you smoke responsibly it won't kill you to the point where it's considered suicide. On the other hand, smoking 12 packs a day is completely idiotic and irresponsible, if you did this and acquired either disease you deserved such.
Bottom line, when you say that waiting for the bus for 2 hours when it's off schedule could be considered murder on the drivers part or suicide on yours. Case closed.
