I smoke. I smoke while driving and if it is my normal group of friends I am with they don't care. Out of my 2 best friends one smokes and the other doesn't. The absentee doesn't bitch about us smoking in my car. If I am driving someone who I don't normally hang with then I ALWAYS ask them if it is ok to smoke, even in MY car. The role is reversed honestly, I have never seen a smoker pass laws that make it illegal to abstain from smoking but there are thousands of people that want legislation to ban smoking
