imagine believing that beating nazis in the streets will stop them from discussing and organizing when the vast majority of organization occurs online. maybe if we didn't have the internet it would have some effect (though i doubt that), all attacking them will do is 1. shine more light onto them, giving them more exposure and thus greater sympathy 2. drive them into a corner and thus into escalation of violence. had nobody given a shit about them, they'd make a lot of noise locally but their audience would've been contained to those in their immediate area and people who already sympathize with them online maybe. now it is out and many more people know about it with the addition of having the sympathy angle for being attacked.
