Well, you can't deny that the selfish endeavors of certain people in high places have hindered our progressive development somewhat; this includes space travel. Still, though :v:
"Careful! Here on planet Earth where hundreds of years ago or less there were great forests, now there are deserts. Where there were rivers, there are deserts," Chavez said, sipping from a glass of water.
He um yeah okay he's actually kind of right I suppose sort of maybe
Yea, no. The communists are fucking up their environment just as much as the capitalists do. Ever been to Moscow in summer? Have fun breathing. Or look at China.

Chavez is the biggest idiot in South America.
He um yeah okay he's actually kind of right I suppose sort of maybe
Eh, kind of. The rivers that have become mere creeks were redirected to turn a massive desert into farmland. While those forests became the victims of, being in our way.
Why is this insane fucker STILL running a goddamned country? Holy shit.
Sounds like he was making a joke. Article is misleading
No, he says this shit all the time. He's being very serious. Every heard all the shit he spouts about HAARP? He makes Shukaido look like a government fanatic.
Just wait until the capitalist global warming melts the ice caps, then there will be water.
I don't get why they relate capitalism with imperialism?
I don't get why they relate capitalism with imperialism?
It supports his specific political agenda in his region. That's the only close-to-realistic reason I could see.
We're a failing species, and we've just about exhausted our existence in this universe. Way to suck a dick, humanity.
I don't get why they relate capitalism with imperialism?
Logic need not apply.
We're a failing species, and we've just about exhausted our existence in this universe. Way to suck a dick, humanity.
What?
all creditably, gone.
all creditably, gone.
He had credibility before?
We're a failing species, and we've just about exhausted our existence in this universe. Way to suck a dick, humanity.
Yes, a failing species that won the game of survival and now rule the planet with an unsurmountable iron grasp across the entire planet. Yeah, we're doing so bad. [editline]22nd March 2011[/editline]
He had credibility before?
any that might have existed.

Unliked Hugo from Facebook. Sorry, guy, I've been on the fence for ages but I've finally hopped it. He's just too out-there for me to continue to like him.
It supports his specific political agenda in his region. That's the only close-to-realistic reason I could see.
But every authoritarian regime past and present has related the two, I don't get it.
thank you capitalism, honestly
Ok how could there be live on mars if Mars didn't have the proper conditions for life to begin with.
Gaddaffi and Chavez look like brothers. They do share being batshit insane in common.
I don't get why they relate capitalism with imperialism?
Money(New Markets and goods) is what drove the Europeans to settle Africa.
Yes, a failing species that won the game of survival and now rule the planet with an unsurmountable iron grasp across the entire planet. Yeah, we're doing so bad. [editline]22nd March 2011[/editline] any that might have existed.
Lol, iron grasp. Fuck ruling the planet, you're stupid if you think that's an achievement. You still have no control of where the planet is going through space. Your pathetic planet could be destroyed at any moment.
I don't get why they relate capitalism with imperialism?
Marx believed that capitalism would cause its own eventual demise and collapse. Since this did not happen as expected, Lenin wrote a theory as to why in "What is to be Done?". He believed that like an empire, capitalism got stronger as it expanded, and its nation's influence did as well. To socialists and communists, this became known as imperialism. Since, imperialism has become used just as much to describe how capitalism's largest markets have the most influence, as the original meaning of literal empiricism. The primary claim for this to be true would be America in the 20th century, Britain and France in the 18th, and China/US today. To socialists and communists, they are the same.
