I actually do not think he is doomed at all. As we can see, a lot of hardcore alternative gamers seem to know everything about the situation, just think about how much media and political attention this guy is getting. I doubt they'll harm him after taking him into custody. He's probably safer in custody so no staged 'HOME INVASION" has him laying on the bathroom floor with a bullet in his back. Atleast in custody the government is responsible for what happens to him... and if anything does happen to him, well, he's a martyr for his cause.
