In retrospect, that question was too obvious :v:
Why don't they just release all the info at once?
Why do they drag out on it, why not have it all done with so that the deed is already done and there will be nothing left to prevent?

Because releasing all the information at once would only make headlines for about a week, whereas if they do it this way they get headlines every god damn day.
Apparently he's just been arrested according to Sky News.
After I found out what they (WikiLeaks) leaked in the last leak, as in, super important places for the US and not only, I understood what kind of an idiot this Assange is. He just fucking told every fucking terrorist around the world primary targets to hit, how can you people think he's cool or something?
He's like Che Guevara in a way. "Revolutionary", "Freedom fighter", my ass. Just another idiot that only wants to fuck up everything.
Would be best put down IMO.
why is everyone so fucking misinformed about what wikileaks is
and why are all you idiots so paranoid about terrorists

Nooo, I don't want to paint every building white :saddowns:
Swiss aren't neutral anymore, and England arrested him. Well, he's done for.

The EU gives the police no choice, unfortunately. I think they tried to avoid it, they quite strongly attacked the original warrant and got it sent back for being incorrect.

He wasn't actually arrested as such, he handed himself in.
I actually do not think he is doomed at all. As we can see, a lot of hardcore alternative gamers seem to know everything about the situation, just think about how much media and political attention this guy is getting. I doubt they'll harm him after taking him into custody. He's probably safer in custody so no staged 'HOME INVASION" has him laying on the bathroom floor with a bullet in his back.
Atleast in custody the government is responsible for what happens to him... and if anything does happen to him, well, he's a martyr for his cause.
