I think origins (i think its called) is rather close to the Manga? I need to watch that at some point. I'd love for some sort of story set in a european medieval setting.

Mostly with details from the Fire Red / Leaf Green remakes, but occasional nods to the original releases too.

The author has redesigned characters for the last naruto movie. Apparently, it takes place a few years after the main story has ended. The way they advertise it, it would be completely possible Naruto is getting the Dragonball treatment: an anime-only sequel. It had my fun with it. Good to see a conclusion.

I remember thinking this show was the tightest shit when I was fifteen. Then I grew out of anime and manga altogether and I just can't get into it anymore. I think I might try to catch up and read the ending, just to get some closure. Also, regardless of how fucking stupid the manga and the anime are, the Naruto video games are still wicked fun. Ninja Storm for days, boyos.

I mean look at Dr Who, it's a series a lot of people like but it has a fucking shit fanbase.

Either we're going to get a 70 something page special for the final chapter or the ending is going to be so abrupt. Naruto's last fight with sasuke has only just started, a fight that's been on the cards for about 6 or so years now, I'm not sure how they're he's going to finish that off, resolve kakashi/hokage situation, the leaf village, the rest of the chapters etc all within 10 chapters

Man, I wont lie, I enjoyed the first show/series/whatever you call everything (minus filler) that happened before Shippuden. It was a show about ninjas doing kickass ninja shit, now it's all convoluted as hell, less about missions and doing ninja shit, now it's 'Who has the biggest baddest power???? FIND OUT NEXT WEEK!'

There's a page later on where a one eye'd villain literally flies past another character, takes out the character's eye mid flight with the precision of a surgeon and insert's it into his own head
