Trump is more honest than Clinton and has a firm understanding of economics. I'd much rather have a billionaire than have a law-school graduate as the person to fix our economy. I'd probably even vote Trump over Sanders, seeing how the latter plans to pull a $15 minimum wage out of his ass.
All in all, my personal opinion for the best possible president would be Paul. His father was a genius, and he himself is actually electable.
A Paul supporter!? On Facepunch? Holy smokes.
Trickle-down economics have a history of working (see: Reagan era)-- though they won't work in this specific scenario until the corruption in both business and politics are thwarted.
Say what you want about his companies, but Trump himself stayed a very wealthy man from what he did. You can call him whatever you want, but you can't deny that he has a firm understanding of business and economics.
15 dollar minimum wage doesn't happen overnight, it takes place gradually and is raised in small increments over years or even decades. Bernie Sanders is likely smart enough to know this, as is everyone in government who wants to raise minimum wage.
Paul supports things like a flat tax rate (absolutely unfair to everyone involved) and is for Laissez Faire-style capitalism which leads to disasters like what happened in 2008. The closest I'd ever come to supporting any Republican is McCain, he at least has a few good ideas and fewer bad ones compared to his Colleagues (Mostly because he is far more moderate).

Toxx?
No it fails for unskilled work. Thanks for not acknowledging the rest my post.
Majority of any country's population is going to be unskilled workers. It's a historical precedent that will not change without free access to higher education and skill education or even with a regular economic development (There is always going to be more store clerks needed than accountants).
Nominee's gonna be Rubio, calling it.
I sure hope so. Marco Rubio is one of the best candidates so far.
If it comes down to Trump VS Sanders then I might as well just get my HK Citizenship. The election of either Trump or Sanders is the end of sanity.

I really.. Don't see how Rubio is much better?
I haven't heard much about him to begin with, but I suppose hes not as bad as Jeb Bush.
I feel like this is pretty relevant

Oh, so it fails for what is essentially the backbone of a nation, and the vast vast majority of the workforce.

So the retard that wants to go flat tax rate and more tax cuts for the rich? The pro-life fuckwit who is against gay marriage and who wanted to extend the PATRIOT act?
If Trump actually wins the election then I don't know what to say.
I'm going to shove a combat knife into my gut and commit seppuku.
Would you like to join me?
I want trump to win
Some days I just want to watch the world burn.

Wouldn't be days so much as 4-8 years of watching the world burn, though

No one who has proposed flat taxes on personal income ever means a true flat tax. Every single proposal made has had things like a standard deduction or tax-free threshold, and credits per number of dependants. So yes their plans might have a single rate but the schedule is progressive overall. Such schedules make sense because income is highly elastic with regards to income tax brackets (for those with the means of deferring it or receiving renumeration through capital), and so a flat tax can reduce the propensity of tax avoidance occurring.
Rubio is reasonable on many other things too, such as regarding vaccinations.
Seriously guys? Trump? Seriously?
Ok. I suppose I have another reason to study abroad now.
Once I get out of college in 2-3 years, which European country would be best for starting a new life in?
I know Sweden has excellent education and Germany has a better economy, But I'm not very good at learning foreign languages, so English would be a handicap for me.
Any European country feel like adding to their refugee quotas?

You've got Canada right next to you, couldn't you try going there?
Migrating there is not probably as easy as Europe, but if you're decently educated you should have an okay chance. I think.

Oh, I suppose there is no concern then. After all, it only fails for the fucking majority of all workers. But who cares about them, pfft if they just tried they would not be so poor amirite
How is this in any way a response to what I said?

Sure, the rich got a bigger absolute cut, but that's because they were paying for more in the first place
