Yeah, but how many immigrants choose that? Do you think there's a sizable amount of people going "Hell yeah I'm looking forward to moving to a country I do not speak the language of, and living in an isolated community for the rest of my life"? Don't you think it's naive to look in disgust at immigrants not intregating yet not asking yourself why and realizing that most of the time it's not on purpose? That the fact that they're forced into low-end jobs and are sometimes ostracized by locals might have something to do with it?
Having no skills and little knowledge of the language kinda puts you in a situation where you have to take low end jobs. They aren't being forced down because of race/religion. Kinda hard to function as a professional when you don't know much of the language or have a degree that doesn't give you the knowledge to do the job in your new country.
When I lived in Rotterdam earlier this year, there were a lot of Turkish and Maroccan youths around my area. All of which didn't understand a single word of dutch and were generally rude.

If you actually read what I wrote you'll notice I said they are forced into low-end jobs and sometimes ostracized by locals - not because they're ostracized by locals. Although I don't think a scenario where that happens is too unlikely, it's not what I was talking about.

He was going to a tech University in Maroc and continued studying at the University of Delft here. Which was easy because most is taught in English and he didn't speak dutch. However after 2 years his wife became pregnant and his dad flew over to tell him that he should get a job to support his wife. As pregnant women shouldn't work and she should have time to care for the child afterwards. So he quit the University and became a cleaner. (10 years later he still is and is happy) 2 other examples how it can go right: We have a project manager that fled Iraq 5 years ago after his father got the death penalty for writing shit he shouldn't have. He learned dutch in 2 years and is now doing great as a project manager. We also have a Senior buyer from Iran who did pretty much the same. Knowing this, it always makes me wonder why the hell the rest wont integrate properly.

A doctor from the developing world doesn't have the skills to work in a modern hospital.
