Cop's receive next to nothing on training with tazer's due to the unreliability and the little training you do receive with a tazer is that it's a non lethal weapon and should be used in a non lethal situation, also how would they know someone was asthmatic or had heart problems? Pro tip don't resist arrest with a cop, makes everyone's lives easier and if you just co-operate you won't get tazed. Shooting an unarmed man in bed? How the fuck are they going to know he was unarmed? X-ray vision? Shit I sleep with a Glock 19 under my pillow. Shooting a suspect trying to kill himself? Murder's illegal and is punished by death? The fact that it comes right after the government trying to introduce some unpopular domestic spying laws (Which they don't even understand) is totally unrelated. Edit: Also yeah G20, they're cracking down hard on that, even banned eggs and charging people for putting stickers on things.
