There is one mounted on the telephone pole right next to my house near a blind driveway. That driveway is even more of a hazard than that bridge since it is a pretty sharp turn where the driveway is and most people go 40 MPH around the corner.

If he gets that shit inspected and there is nothing wrong with it, I don't see why he can't have it, ostentatious or not.
