After smoking weed? It takes a LOT to puke from smoking, and it's usually because someone ate too much food, and if they are remotely lucky, don't pass out before they get to that stage.

Dude, that can go for eating, drinking, existing, coming down with the flu or a cold and frankly doing just about anything.
Also you'd have to be actually be unfathomably high to puke and end up choking on it, and I've seen high people puke, they know they're puking and generally go and puke, not sit there gagging on their own vomit.

You'd need to be near omniscient to find a death solely attributed to weed, cause chances are it was someone being a total dumbass while high, like the kid who died a few days ago after he fell down a massive set of stairs when he was high. if you are drunk it only takes one joint for you to puke like never before.
you won't die, but you will enter a state almost like death for the remaining night.
(depending how sturdy one is with drugs and shit of course, some people are fine even after downing a shitload of drugs/alcohol)

I have, and have thrown up before(generally when I drink, smoke a lot, then drink more), but never puked like I was going to die.
Generally if I crossfade I feel really good(and fucked up) for like an hour, then I feel tired as shit and want to sleep.
