Trading with Cuba seems perfectly reasonable. I don't think I have even encountered the other side of the argument. I have no idea why we wouldn't trade with them. I understand the whole cold war mentality bullshit, but Jesus give it a rest. It is over.

One side is sympathetic to their political orientation, the other side doesn't believe the government should be telling companies where it isn't allowed to trade. (Of course, it isn't only limited to Cuba)

I've met a few Cubans, and despite our government being complete and total asshats, they're very friendly to Americans. They don't blame us for our governments asinine behavior.

We don't trade with tons of countries, and we don't have embargoes on them. This embargo is bullshit, and does nothing but impoverish that nation further and further every day.
