Where the child came from and what they look like shouldn't matter though. I know it's all about "GOTTA SPREAD DEM GENES" being programmed into us but if all someone wants is a kid, hell, there's millions of them lined up who don't have parents. Take your pick.

Adopting a child is not any less special than making one of your own biologically. It's more special if you ask me.
Adopting is truly a good deed whereas making your "own" is just what it is, the general approach to pretty much all parents who think of getting children.
what happened to taking bone marrow from each parent and making egg/sperm from those
I say screw waiting at least a decade to see this working on people, I say said human trials now.
