• WikiLeaks releases 20k emails from DNC

I can't believe I actually supported these people in my youth, I don't know how anyone can rationalize voting and effectively supporting this behavior by voting Democrat this cycle. Just how far does the rabbit hole go with these people?
im reading the emails, and it is really reminding me about Deus Ex Human revolution, when you see all those emails everywhere talking about how to defame people with underhanded tactics and playing dirty, yet somehow believing that they were above it all https://wikileaks.org/dnc-emails/emailid/5252 here they are literally editing articles to suit them better
I'm starting to think a stagnant term with Trump having congress block all the dumb bullshit he will propose is better than furthering Hillary's political career. Like, this is just absolutely unacceptable.
I'm starting to think I'm voting for Jill Stein.
I'm starting to think I'm voting for Jill Stein.
More people should. If we can't get the DNC and GOP to fall, at least make it so that the Green and Libertarian parties can finally get into debates.
Where are all the Hillary apologists now? Where are all the pretentious souls who laughed at the idea of the DNC stealing the election from Sanders? Surely they have some grand explanation for this, right?
Where are all the Hillary apologists now? Where are all the pretentious souls who laughed at the idea of the DNC stealing the election from Sanders? Should have made that clearer, sorry) doesn't have dirt on him - oh, you're going to be in for a nice surprise. A yuge one.

More evidence I found on the DNC leaks about Debbie having a nice grip on what is reported on MSNBC, this comes from Debbie going to Chuck Todd, the guy who had been pretty unfair to Sanders during a town hall I remember from a while ago. Even the subject says "Chuck, this must stop" This one is about the same program however. https://wikileaks.org/dnc-emails/emailid/8379
This election is a lot closer than people think. I do believe that Trump actually has a chance at beating Clinton now, the FBI thing on top of all the things Trump has said about her are slowly chipping away at her lead. Last time I checked she was losing in key flip states.
Ah yes, let's all act so high and mighty because some people were willing to have the benefit of the doubt and not engage in conspiracy theories because there was no proof. And if you don't think your beloved candidate doesn't have dirt on him - oh, you're going to be in for a nice surprise. A yuge one.
It was never a conspiracy theory. The people who said it was and who had "the benefit of the doubt" (as you so strategically worded it) were either being genuinely stupid and had no idea how the game of politics is played-- in which case they can claim genuine ignorance and say that they made an honest mistake--, or they were just supporters of Clinton's campaign from the beginning and didn't care about what most of us knew and acknowledged that the DNC was doing behind the scenes to help her campaign along. And I suspect in a lot of cases, the latter was true and explains all the whitewashing that was going on both here on FP and elsewhere. And by all means, share what dirt there is on Sanders. Lots of us here supported him. We're waiting for our "huge surprise" lol. It's guaranteed after this 20k+ email leak to pale in comparison. This isn't acting high and mighty, this is us very plainly and factually stating that we were right to suspect that this was going on because we have an actual, tangible understanding of how politics works.

This is outright cheating. I will not vote for a cheater
It's probably always like this, we just get to peek inside this one due to these leaks.
Yep just as I thought the game is rigged. This doesn't surprise anyone.
If he does well enough, I might vote for Johnson. Not because I like him or want him to win. I want to keep any candidate from getting the necessary votes, forcing the issue to go to the House. Light the system on fire and make people demand electoral reform. And keep Clinton out of the White House.
Ah yes, let's all act so high and mighty because some people were willing to have the benefit of the doubt and not engage in conspiracy theories because there was no proof. And if you don't think your beloved candidate doesn't have dirt on him - oh, you're going to be in for a nice surprise. A yuge one.
Oh give me a fucking break. The writing has been on the wall from day one. Anybody with some critical thinking skills could tell that something was not right with this election and the relationship between Hillary and the DNC, yet Clinton apologists desperately tried to defend her every step of the way. Maybe we have some paid posters on our very own forum? After all, that was just a conspiracy theory too until it was revealed that the Clinton campaign pays people to post her propaganda in online communities and social media. Don't give me some nonsense about ME acting high and mighty when I, alongside a number of Sanders supporters on this forum, have been dealing with condescending Clinton supporters calling us crazy sore-losers for months. It's over, give it up.
There was plenty of evidence, don't kid yourself. You all knew what you were doing and did it willfully. Misrepresented everything and tried to whitewash Clinton's shit.
First of all I wanted Sanders to win. From the start. I knew that Clinton had a history and Bernie actually represented change. I was disappointed when he lost too but I wasn't going to go nuts and say 'Bernie sold out!!!!' when he gave the nod to Clinton. I wasn't even on this forum until the Turkey coup. And yeah, I was for Clinton before this, though I also acknowledged that ya'll were likely fucked whether you went Clinton or Trump. But at-least you knew what you were getting in for with Clinton. Trump? He has the potential to turn everything to BOLLOCKS. Now, pretty much Giant Meteor 2016 is what I'm betting on, because it's clear until you guys have a revolution or something that you're country is just going down the drains.
And by all means, share what dirt there is on Sanders. Lots of us here supported him. We're waiting for our "huge surprise" lol. It's guaranteed after this 20k+ email leak to pale in comparison.
I should clarify I meant Trump, sorry. I believe Sanders is pretty clean. But you're still acting high and mighty, seemingly revealing in being right about something so goddamn horrible, that you wanted shit to be corrupt. Well, I sure as hell didn't and know that it's obvious, let's just say this year is even fucking worse than I thought it was. EDIT:
If he does well enough, I might vote for Johnson. Not because I like him or want him to win. I want to keep any candidate from getting the necessary votes, forcing the issue to go to the House. Light the system on fire and make people demand electoral reform. And keep Clinton out of the White House.
So you're going to vote for a candidate you would never actually support, in the hopes the system will somehow come down? That didn't work in Britain with Brexit and it won't work in the States. What you need is something more akin to mass protests or a revolution. That's pretty hard to get out of a first-past-the-post ballot box.
we aren't naive, we know politics is politics. I am sure even bernie had some potential unclean tricks up his sleeves as well. but this wasn't "dirty politics." This is outright cheating. I will not vote for a cheater
Yeah, I hear ya. If I was in this situation I'm not sure what I'd do. None of the candidates stand for anything I support (and the one that kinda does is corrupt as fuck), so I'd probably be planning my one-way trip to Canada right now. EDIT 2:
Maybe we have some paid posters on our very own forum?
I didn't realise having a different opinion made me a shill, but that's great to know you clearly have no respect. Here's my Reddit. Look at my country of origin. That all?
Wikileaks alleged that the leaks are suppressed on Twitter a few hours ago: I don't know how truthful that is, but it wouldn't be the first time Twitter has 'weird' glitches that don't show certain tweets in certain regions, or disallow posting of certain things as 'automated'. (It was observed by journalists with some of Snowden's leaks, tweets with a certain link not appearing in the US for a while iirc.)
Maybe we have some paid posters on our very own forum?
Why Facepunch of all sites, the general public doesn't know who we are. I could understand doing that to facebook or twitter but come on, lets be realistic.
I'm being paid by Zionists and neocons, I admit it. Why else would I waste so much time on long posts?
Why Facepunch of all sites, the general public doesn't know who we are. I could understand doing that to facebook or twitter but come on, lets be realistic.
Obama knows (maybe)!
A vote for Hillary is a vote for corruption, cheating, and lies. But then again, I'm pretty sure most of us already knew this.
Why Facepunch of all sites, the general public doesn't know who we are. I could understand doing that to facebook or twitter but come on, lets be realistic.
Semi big forum with plenty of people who knows people IRL that they can influence, I suppose
Why Facepunch of all sites, the general public doesn't know who we are. I could understand doing that to facebook or twitter but come on, lets be realistic.
I'm being halfway facetious, more just pointing out the ridiculousness of the situation that Clinton actually pays people to post anti-Sanders rhetoric on Reddit.
I'm being paid by Zionists and neocons,
Man, you are setting yourself up for low payouts. You need to set up a shill mediation account, that way you get the highest (ppp) payment per post. With that money you can buy more great products, like the Febreze Extra Strength Fabric Refresher.
Where are all the Hillary apologists now? Where are all the pretentious souls who laughed at the idea of the DNC stealing the election from Sanders? Surely they have some grand explanation for this, right?
Voting for Bernie Sanders. tbh I assumed Clinton was astroturfing well before these leaks. I still don't see what the big deal is, you'd be naive to assume it isn't basic politics to take someone who likes your candidate and pay them to spread the word.
A vote for Hillary is a vote for corruption, cheating, and lies. But then again, I'm pretty sure most of us already knew this.
Fortunately for Clinton, it's easy to make the case that a vote for Trump is also a vote for corruption and lies. Out of curiousity how do we even quantify "cheating" in an election?
a vote for anyone in the U.S. is a vote for corruption, cheating and lies. welcome to government. it's run by human beings and they all want money and cocaine.
tbh I assumed Clinton was astroturfing well before these leaks. Your own, supposedly impartial party members shouldn't be the ones that're fighting against you. It's not the Clinton campaign that's doing this, it's the Democratic National Committee doing it.
Fortunately for Clinton, it's easy to make the case that a vote for Trump is also a vote for corruption and lies.
Yeah, agreed-- but nothing even close to the magnitude of Clinton.
a vote for anyone in the U.S. is a vote for corruption, cheating and lies. welcome to government. it's run by human beings and they all want money and cocaine.
First AI president when.
Yeah, agreed-- but nothing even close to the magnitude of Clinton.
I'd say Trump lies more and is about as corrupt, if we are quantifying the funding of political campaigns as corruption.
Apparently we're important enough to be monitored for assassination threats and illegal wok images.
With the Internet (technology in general), the NSA monitors just about whatever they can. They'd probably monitor us to some degree or another even if we weren't what we are.
