Yeah grand grand just run for 2km a day and don't eat sweet for some more time! we can do it!
I wonder why the majority of oldest people are females.
I know I'll have people disagree with me, but I wish 100 years old was our midlife crisis. Think about it, living so long would be cool because then people could take their time learning and living, instead of rushing everything.
It'd be nice, but our bodies just naturally go to shit by age one-hundred. Maybe if we could not only extend living, but delay aging, it'd be awesome.
Nope, not the oldest person, the oldest woman. The oldest person is some guy in Kenya, and they found him because the insurance company computer didn't accept any dates before 18-something, He was 118 or even older i think. They didn't put him in any special chart for some reason.
And so the title falls to a 115 year old woman from my home state. Was on then news last night.

Women live longer than men.
Amazing to think that she lived through three different centuries.
Looking through the list of oldest people, I noticed most of them are women, why exactly is that the case?
i bet it is, all the people with the "oldest person" title ive seen die eventually
Guys have you noticed how your and your friend's ancestry has 100% mortality rate? Seriously this is some illuminati or KGB shit right there.
This may sound really stupid but maybe there are more women than men on that list because they in general didn't have jobs that were as dangerous as men.
Not only that, they've lived through fuck knows how many wars.
