This is a cod clone because men and guns.
Make it so that players run the missions and gangs.

Game still looks like shit :colbert:
This game sucked if you played alone. If you were with a group it was a fucking blast.
I hope they stick to their word of not giving advantages to payers.
At least it's not as resource heavy anymore, unfairly balanced to the max if you had a low-end PC. I'm glad they are giving all of the stuff back to people who pre-ordered/paid. I always use to drive my car around with friends and do drive-by insults to people. It was funny.
Game still looks like shit :colbert:
The graphics were high end last time. What the hell are you talking about?
Yeah my PC couldn't handle this game last time. I'll give it another try.
RPS is really on the ball with that title, but the changes sound good. Makes me not regret buying APB.
It has pretty much nothing to do with Just Cause, besides men and guns.
The city does look a bit like Panau City. As in it has a lot of skyscrapers and very few people. :frown: Boring empty downtown Boring empty downtown
Huh. I got decent crowds when playing Just Cause 2 everywhere.
The game is absolutely nothing like Just Cause 2. The only vague similarity is that they both have cars, guns and buildings in them.
The reason why there's nobody in that screenshot is because the game is all multiplayer. It's been in development since basically RTW started aswell.. Plus Panau is in Southeast Asia and San Paro is supposed to be like.. Los Angeles.
I went so far as to cancel my pre-order after playing the original, totally called that shit. In any case they need to fix the combat problems and work on REAL missions with REAL gameplay instead of this totally stupid CTF and Deathmatch system. Needs headshots, fuck those aspie tards without the ability to headshot. It's been like 2 decades since the headshotting was implemented in a wide variety of video games, now you want us to defy our every natural instinct because its unfair or something? No.
They are probably gonna go all like "You can only buy guns that aren't necessarily better with real money" 2 days later, OP guns in the money store

I'm not going to buy this. Oh,Wait
That is the shittiest "hey look what we fixed" list I've ever seen. There are so many other, more important, problems with APB.
Vehicle handling and weapon balance?
Vehicle handling and weapon balance?
The fundamental dynamic between the enforcers and the criminals. Namely that they are pretty much identical. It needed to be cops and robbers, not robbers and robbers with badges. The two sides need to fundamentally be different and be rewarded for very different things. I pointed out everything I thought was wrong with the game in another thread, but basically the enforcers need to be focused on cooperation while the criminals need to be focused on cunning and planning. Criminals should start every engagement. Cops should wait until something crops up. In shootouts, enforcers should win the vast majority of the time. This is part of what you plan to avoid as a criminal. Enforcers can, and should, be able to out-number the criminals at any given time. An interface allowing for quick commands both in and out of the vehicles would aid greatly in proper cooperation. As a criminal you should have a slight advantage in terms of escaping in a vehicle, but only so far as you are choosing the path taken. In reality your true advantage should come from a heist planning interface which will lay out a path in the world for you and your team based on the plan. This plan should aid in execution and especially in escape. Payouts should be rather large due to the difficulty of properly executing a heist.
I was afraid of clicking the news, I read "Show Men's Guns".....
